If you have a health concern, please contact us or submit an online request between 8:30am and 6:30pm. If you feel your problem is urgent, please get in touch as early as possible. Our duty doctor will assess all requests and prioritise care based on clinical need.
Routine requests may not always be reviewed the same day. If your concern is routine, we ask that you contact us after 9:30am to allow patients with urgent concerns to get through more easily.
