Patient Access is available to ALL our registered patients. Once registered, you can order your Repeat Prescriptions online via your home PC or mobile device.

You can also send an email directly to our Prescribing Team to: somicb.prescription-phs@nhs.net with:
- your name,
- date of birth,
- first line of your address,
- medication you need,
- confirmation of the Pharmacy from which you wish to collect your medication.
Please allow 5 working days for your request to be processed by the surgery.
