Certain services such as insurance claim forms, elderly driver medicals, HGV/PSV medicals are not covered by the NHS. A fee is therefore payable to the Practice and the list of charges are displayed in the Surgery and below. Please confirm the fee when booking an appointment or requesting the Doctor to complete a form.

* Processing may take up to 28 days after payment has been received
* Processing times for non-NHS work may be extended during periods of high patient demand
* All payments are non-refundable
* Urgent requests may be accepted at an additional cost, depending on time required and nature
* Requests unpaid after 30 days will be considered withdrawn and paperwork returned
* Requests for private letters will be considered at the GP`s discretion and the practice is not obliged to provide them
